Senior Manager - Healthcare Consulting/Analytics - KPO (10-12 yrs)
We are hiring for a Sr Managerial role with a leading KPO in Health care Consulting .
Position : Healthcare Consulting
Experience : 10-12 years from with good Healthcare Consulting/ Analytics role .
Role & Responsibilities :
Deliver expert level consulting and to identify and support Healthcare Operations and business reporting and data needs, initiate and prioritize reporting tool enhancement
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key operations data sets, reports, and metrics.
Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the Optum Operations
Ensure smooth delivery of all projects undertaken and be personally responsible for day-to-day project communications
Build dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations for senior management
