Job Code 001 {Designation – Manager/Sr. Manager- healthcare}

Role:

- Lead the efforts of establishing a successful Inpatient Medical Coding practice

- Build strong competency in provider KPO areas (especially Inpatient Medical Coding)

- Work as a link between domain and functional team to build key solutions which can be taken to market

- Provider KPO lead Generation and client interaction

- Manage pre and post sales process

- Review and analyze market trends / competition

- Identify growth areas through market analysis

- Respond to provider KPO RFI & RFP

- Closely coordinate with the sales and marketing teams

- Participate in transitioning and other client facing activities

Experience: 7-9 years

Education:

- Any Graduation Degree/MBA

- Experience in Healthcare KPO with experience of handling teams

- Handled end to end provider processes- RCM, Contracting

- Experience in process transition and client facing roles

- Strong experience in the ICD 9 Inpatient Medical Coding
