Urgent Requirement for Head HR (Location: Surat, Navsari, Gujarat)
We are having an opportunity with a leading MNC:
Position Title : Sr. Manager- HR (Head HR)
Location - Surat
Reporting to : CFO
Purpose :
To manage entire gamut of HR process in order to support the overall business strategy of the plant. This includes planning, organizing and directing the recruitment process, compensation & benefits, training & Development, Drive a Strong PMP process, & Industrial relationship.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
Min. Qualification :
- Any Graduate with MBA/PGDHR with 12-15 Years experience, preferred is a team leading exposure in MNC Setup
- Broad experience & good understanding of DISH and Labour laws/Acts related to HR function.
- Ability to build trust and create interpersonal relation among employee and employer.
EXPERIENCE :
- Develop and implement Human Capital Strategy aligned to aggregate business strategy.
- To develop, implement & Drive an effective Performance Management Process across the organization.
- To organize & coordinate development plan for employees through various initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to legal/statutory norms with respect to labor laws/factory / Labour acts and practices prevalent in India
- To manage and monitor the Talent Management from recruitment to separation.
- Long Term and Short term Manpower Planning (Permanent, Flexible workforce, Contracted workforce) and budgeting aligned to the Annual Business Plan.
- To design, draft and finalize the required policies for the smooth functioning of the organization and proper with organization's policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
- To design the Job Descriptions for existing employees, amend and develop new Job descriptions as and when required.
- To review compensation and benefit of employees and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with department heads and any case of promotions.
- To coordinate with functional heads to for developing successor as a part of succession and career planning of the employees.
- To handle the grievance and disciplinary matters and maintain employee relation.
- To plan and coordinate orientation programs for new entrants as a part of learning.
- To implement various initiatives across all the functions as per the directives of the management from time to time.
