A Brief on Profile - Head Office Profile.

Demand and S&OP Planning :

- Forecast Accuracy Improvement.

- Segmented approach to forecasting.

- Set up the Demand Review Process.

- Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning.

- Developing and implementing the demand planning process for the company across different business lines / Brands.

- Work with the Sales, Marketing, Ops, Manufacturing and Supply Planning team to resolve any demand related queries / Issues.

- Develop and implement Supply Planning and S&OP Strategy and design distribution network for delivery of goods to customers at desired customer service levels, cost and freshness including Inventory Management, efficient working capital management.

- Experience in establishing quality S&OP process - implementation and execution

- Improve forecast accuracy and analyse Business risk & opportunities for attaining revenue growth & plans.

- Develop the "Consensus Forecast" for the company after coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

- Led the team of capacity planner's / demand planners for preparing the requirement of long term and short term capacity enhancement.

- Using advanced statistical/analytical tools to develop a more accurate forecast.

- Reviewing business performance viz a viz the forecast and making recommendations to the business.

- Capacity Planning - Long term capacity planning for demand of next 3 to 5 years.

- Developed & implemented various customized Stores, Logistical solution, & Distribution Network for the different divisions and the External customers associated with the co.

Supply Chain & Distribution Planning :

- Handling the inventory function while minimizing inventory, holding expenses and reducing wastage through optimum inventory levels.

- Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain planning by suggesting improvements.

- Identify and implement projects across business units for optimizing DOH inventory.

- Identify capacity constraints and alternatives

- Responsible for the strategic development of supply chain processes and systems across the business divisions / Brands. Involved in continuously improving business processes and developing Supply chain related Systems.

- Oversee Entire Supply chain role for demand planning and Forecasting, Supply planning, Inventory managements and Distribution planning.

- Drive end to end integration of planning in system.

- Distribution Planning and Material availability.
