Location : Hyderabad, AP

Reporting to : CHRO (Functional), COO other Founders /CEOs

No of reportees : 1 Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition and 1 Management trainee

Purpose of the Position :

Refers to the job and process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to an organization, thereby ensuring quality talent available through alert and quick recruitment process. The organization demands best talent and excellence hence the requirement for the position becomes imperative and essential.

Qualification :

BE/BTech (Computer Science/IT)

MBA - HRD/PGDPM/PGDHRD

- Experience of working in a Group Talent Acquisition function with 10-14 years

- Experience of working in a technology firm, especially one that scaled rapidly will be an added advantage

Responsibility :

- Ensure that the talent acquired in the group companies is the best in class.

- Ensure that there is no lag or delay in recruitment.

- Ensure that recruitment follows the correct process and that there is no compromise on quality

- Will uphold and ensure adherence of HR Systems and procedure and not compromise on standards or quality of Talent

- Will continuously evolve a recruitment process for attracting the best Talent.

- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all line managers and administer, coordinate and supervise all recruitment activities for various projects, companies, functions and locations.

- Provide assistance to all Functional Heads, Company CEO's & COO's.

- Provide update of all recruitment process

- Design all talent acquisition processes and provide support to performance and ensure effectiveness of all projects.

- Provide continuous improvement to all service levels and assist in effectiveness of all costs processes and supervise all vendor policies and programs for all recruitment services.

- Evaluate all contracts for resources and ensure effective services and design various strategies to use all workforce resource and assist to manage talent acquisition process for assign region.

- Interview and process all letters and analyze all operations and provide research for all staff effectiveness and ensure compliance to all establish practices.

- Implement various strategies and ensure effective implementation of all compensation practices in Talent Acquisition

- Assist various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition process.

- Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations in India and Globally

- Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design all performance standards.

- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers within required timeframe and assist to obtain all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment.

Role & Duties :

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

- May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.

- Develop college recruiting programs

- Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource

- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process

- Change the way recruiters think about talent and where and how to find it.

- Develop the attitude that the job doesn- t stop after the requisition is filled. Talent scouting is an ongoing process.

- Reallocate budgets and resources to focus on finding leads rather than resumes.

- Build relationships with colleges and universities to cultivate talent at an early age.

- Become involved in industry associations and symposiums to further build relationships with potential talent.

- Include talent scouting in the job description of every employee in the company so that everyone, not just the talent acquisition manager's and the hiring managers are involved in the process.

- Make your employee referral program a key component of the talent acquisition process. This means raising awareness levels and educating employees on its importance to the long term growth and profitability of the company.
