- Lead Business Development to grow Contract Logistics Business (Warehousing and Secondary Transport)
- Develop detailed growth strategy, business development plan and deliver sales targets.
- Generate leads, develop pipeline of projects and opportunities, continuous follow customers to win new business, work on projects from scoping to Go Live
- Develop and maintain good relationships with potential customers
- Lead team to develop detailed costing, commercials, solution and proposals in line with customer expectation and timeline
- Close big deals (large MUF/multisite modern warehousing and transport network) with customers including LOI, commercials, contracts, KPIs, agreements and implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed costing models, vendor/supplier base for warehousing and transport services
- Attend various exhibitions/market events to keep updated on market trends, technologies and competition.
