About this Role:   Reporting to the Vice President Operations.   This role is multi-dimensional in terms of managing multiple activities.   The individual will be heading HR support processes for a Global Insurance client for any location namely North America, Asia, Europe, UK and Australasia.   The Individual will be responsible for key deliverables like client engagement, service delivery and people management internally.   The Individual is expected to perform all responsibilities within their time and dedicate some amount of time to innovation and learning.   This role requires the individual growing constantly from a skillset perspective and implement new initiatives within the process. Automation and technology is a necessary mindset for this role.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  - Responsible for day to day service delivery of the team  - Design and Initiate activities to create collaborative and engaged workplace  - Deliver HR reports with utmost confidentiality in a timely and accurate manner  - Liaison with the technology team for system and tool upgradation  - Maintain employee information and update the HR database with the same  - Prepare and maintain monthly reports including new hire, termination, employee lists, transfers, promotions, background screening etc. ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality  - Ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction.  - Raise new hire requests and publish job postings on the Company website  - Salary & Leave administration of all employees  - Maintain & publish up to date org charts across regions  - Create employee credentials for logging into the HR portal  - Monthly, Annual and any need based MIS that may be required for any Review  - Ownership for resolving any client escalation  - Lead discussion with groups to outline internal process issues if any  QUALIFICATIONS  - 8 - 10 years of experience in managing International customers on HR reporting e.g. Demographic, Salary, POC etc.  - Excellent command in MS Excel and MS Access  - Knowledge/Experience of PeopleSoft and other similar HR software will be preferred  - Good SQL understanding and ability to work on logics.  - Insurance P&C knowledge is preferred  - M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline
