Senior Manager - Fraud Investigation - Insurance (7-11 yrs)
Required candidate having experience in fraud investigation or fraud control or Grievance role.
Required candidate from following Industry:-
General Insurance
Consulting (eg Deloitte, KPMG, etc) firm worked in fraud investigation role for General insurance clients.
BPO / KPO, should have worked for general insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external Fraud Investigation
- Doing detailed investigations of the allocated cases for all the locations mapped to the individual.
- Timely filing of the report to the company.
- Conducting branch audits/surprise audits.
- Identification of process/system lapses and triggers of frauds.
- Fraud Mitigation by proactive data analysis
- Liasoning with Police & other Authorities
- Running projects to identify fraud prone areas
- Team Management
Skills & Competencies:
- Well verse in field of fraud investigations.
- Overall Exp: 7 to 11 Yrs
- Keen investigative aptitude.
- Keen and quick to learn.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Knowledge and demonstrable work done in field of fraud data analytics system development.
- Inquisitiveness
