Senior Manager- Financial Reporting - Wealth Management Firm - CA/ICWA/CS/IIM/MDI/FMS (8-13 yrs)
Activities include:
- Reviewing monthly results and performance analysis
- Producing, and analyzing Division/Market financials and analytics
- Market specific initiatives
- Implementing and enhancing standardization of reporting (P&L, organization hierarchy, business segments)
- Actively participating in financial process improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting
- Complete Finance Packs and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same
- Reviewing monthly results and performance analysis
- Producing, and analyzing Division/Market financials and analytics
- Implementing and enhancing standardization of reporting (P&L, organization hierarchy, business segments)
- Actively participating in financial process improvement across the organization
- Manage relationship with Business/Onshore partners and global projects
- Leading a team involved in above activities
Requirements :
Education : CA/ICWA/CS/MBA Finance (Tier I/ Tier II) with 8-12 years of work experience
Certifications If Any :
Experience Range : 6-10 years of work experience in Wealth management industry
Mandatory skills :
Candidate should be from finance team of Mutual Fund / Wealth advisor / GWIM businesses- Understands the Business / products / key terms - Mandatory
He /she should have a strong hold on financial concepts esp. Profit & Loss and Balance sheet of Banking industry - Mandatory
- Candidate should have a good understanding of the Business and activities performed personally or by the team. Strong business and financial acumen.
- Candidate should be a people leader with atleast 3-5 years of experience leading small teams
- Good communication skills as the candidate is expected to interact with senior leaders onshore and be on lot of TPs, give presentations to the onshore team. Candidate should be able to articulate the thoughts well.
- Candidate should be willing to work partly as a people leader and individual contributor so that the individual is a Hands on leader.
- FP&A experience/Management Reporting/ Financial Products Reporting is a must (No AP/AR/Recon)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on strong Excel (pivot tables, look-ups, filtering, some macros), and PowerPoint
Desired skills :
- Comfort working with complex Financial Products
- Proficient in Cognos reporting and analytic tools
- SAP ERP knowledge will be given an added preference.
Work Timings 12:30 - 23:30 (9 Hrs Shift)
