Job Description : Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting financial performance and annual & strategic planning
- Month to Month variance analysis of financial variables
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and other business review decks
- Detailed MIS on regular intervals to functional leads to achieve the deployed target
- Review on Business performance actuals and reporting projections and variances to Controllership with substantial reporting backups
- Periodic analysis on engagement Profitability based on Revenue, Headcount, Costs and Margin
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA/ MBA Finance from a tier 1 institute.
- You should have worked in a MNC, specifically in the manufacturing space.
- You should have handled the core FP&A functions, and should have excellent analytical skills.
