Position : SM - FP&A

Location : Noida

Requisites :

- CA pass out in the year 2007 - 2010 with 5+ years of experience in accounting conceptual Knowledge or Any graduate with 9+ years of experience

- Must have Experience in FP&A

- Knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L and basic accounting e.g. variance analysis, excellent numerical abilities; proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Comfortable operating in detail as well as taking a high level view; high tolerance to ambiguity; fast paced/ high energy; team player, communication

- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and/or reporting tools

Responsibilities :

- Support consolidated reporting across the business units and functions of the organization.

- Variance analysis (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc), specifically understand business drivers and reasons for variances

- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis

- Consolidating and analyzing results; developing, preparing and presenting results to senior management

- Support Board deck preparation and Earnings call preparation for senior management

- Potentially support functional leaders (e.g. HR, IT) in managing their budgets
