Senior Manager - Financial Operations (7-8 yrs)
Job Description
1) Ensure compliance to statutory requirements (audit, corporate tax, statutory filing, service tax, VAT, GST) .
2) Ensure compliance to corporate policies.
3) Ensure compliance to internal controls and workflow / procedures.
4) Timely and accurate month-end closing and submission of month-end reporting, bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
5) Timely and accurate submission of corporate reporting requirements.
6) Timely and accurate submission of management reports.
7) Financial analysis.
8) Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
9) Ensure timely and accurate vendor payment and associate expense reimbursement.
10) Handling budget process
11) Manage monthly fund request and cashflow
12) Coordination for Insurance, PF, secretarial work, Accounting reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years experience as an Operation Manager or equivalent. Last or current organization must be a technology / IT services firm
- Post Graduate degree or a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Administration
-Some legal knowledge to vet contracts and agreements
- Relationship management and personable. Ability to listen, elicit ideas, collaborate and direct people towards the right solutions to problems.
- High degree of knowledge about basic IT systems and processes.
- High degree of knowledge and demonstrable ability to use softwares such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Ability to identify new and emerging technologies that could streamline operational processes.
