Senior Manager - Financial Controller Consolidation & Reporting - CA - BFSI (5-12 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Manager/Financial Controller Consolidation and Reporting position for one of the leading Insurance and Asset Management company in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities :

- Control and analyzing the consolidated financial statements - actual and forecast/ budgets, strategic plans

- Identify and analyze risks and uncertainties that may impact Group financial statements, management business monitoring.

- Answer questions from the Management, Investors relations, other internal stakeholders & Regulators

- Manage relationship with internal/ external departments in production of Financial Annual Report

- Review/ check of press release and slides presented to the Analysts

- Actively contribute by engaging in transversal projects to improve quality of processes and the overall financial reporting at group level.

- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity.

- Workload allocation,

- Coordination of tasks, deadline management, communication on priorities

- Performance evaluation

- Supervision of production and delivery of internal/external deliverables including Financial Statements

- Overall financial control of financial data submitted by entities

- Operations on Consolidation & Reporting IT systems (scope of consolidation, new templates, archiving)

- CA with 5-12 years of post qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of insurance business

- Strong financial expertise and experience: IFRS rules, consolidation techniques

He/She will have to work in shift: 12.30 to 21.00
