Below are the required criteria :

Experience : 4 yrs+

CTC : Upto 15 Lacs p.a.

Location : Mumbai(Andheri)

Should be from retail industry.

Job Description :

- VAT & CST : Registration, Payment, Return, Assessment, Appeal.

- Service Tax & Excise : Registration, Payment, Return, Surrender, Assessment, Appeal

- TDS : Payment, Return & Certificates

- Income Tax : Advance Tax, Return, Assessment, Scrutiny, Appeal

- Transfer Pricing Return

- Calculation of Allocable Surplus under Bonus Act

- Profession Tax : Enrollment, Registration, Payment & Return

- Payroll, Provident Fund & ESIC - Payment & Return

- Company Formation, ROC filing, Secretarial compliance

- Partnership Deed, Contracts & Agreements

- RBI Annual Return, Quarterly Compliance, Annual Performance Report of Foreign Subsidiary
