They are looking for someone who will be managing the entire finance and operations function for the India operations.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director Finance in Singapore, you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and preparing various financial reports and management information with variance analysis on a monthly basis

- Tracking of loan receipt and payment

- Reviewing of all tax payments and quarterly tax returns

- Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecast to determine funding requirements

- Preparing financial summary and reports for board meetings

- Ensuring timely completion of the annual audit and other regulatory reporting

- Managing bank facilities activities such as documentation, monthly covenant monitoring and quarterly reporting

- Maintaining loan register and overdue report

- Performing due diligence checks on client and quality control checks on disbursement

- Managing vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure timely completion of deliverables

- Supporting in portfolio related activities such as covenant testing letters and stress account notes

- Managing and sourcing for CSR activities

Profile

- The ideal candidate will be a CA with at least 5 years of experience from the BFSI Industry, as part of the finance and accounts team. Candidates coming from investment firms and heading the finance function in similar organizations will be strongly preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a hands-on attitude are the qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
