Job Responsibilities :  - Manage the hiring requirements working directly with functional leaders across the organization.  - Work with functional heads to understand hiring needs, understand challenges and provide support.  - Work with multiple vendors to ensure smooth operations.  - Understanding the requirement, screening, short-listing & validating resumes as per requirement.  - Participating in different recruitment calls with business / project teams for smooth & focused fulfillment of their key requirements.  - Set up structures for measuring weekly / monthly mis reports, hr response time, bu response time, gap analysis report, drop-out analysis.  - Salary negotiations and conducting initial reference check of candidates.  Requirements  - Relevant degree with experience into recruitment for finance.  - Strong knowledge into finance processes and good understanding of the industry.  - Open for Bangalore / Chennai / Pune locations.  - Well versed with latest tools and technologies.
