Job Description - Reporting to the CFO and the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of finance including :

- Lead and be responsible for the monthly reporting, MIS formulation and reporting

- Present financial to the board. Act as a trusted business partner for planning, budgeting and analysis

- Work closely with functional & business heads to develop a comprehensive financial plan in support of the company's strategy

- Support the Group CFO, functional heads and the leadership with the development and implementation of the organization's medium to long term strategy

- Produce high quality reports for the Group CFO and other internal as well as external stakeholders

- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment. Invest funds and recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

- Stakeholder engagement - crucial to ensure constant communication between leadership & functional/ business heads

The Successful Candidate :

- The Senior Finance Manager candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation in a relevant industry (i.e. optical cables, networks, cable wires, electrical products/ instruments, switches, solar panels).

- Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. Should have an outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets
