About our Client - Our client is a part of one the well established US-based conglomerates. They are into the business of designing, manufacturing and distributing world-class solutions for fueling products and systems. They have been in business for more than 10 decades. They are present across the globe and are growing at a good rate in India. They are looking for a seasoned Finance professional who can implement concepts for financial planning and control.
Job Description - While reporting to the Director Finance- APAC your responsibilities would be to:
- Prepare budgets and recommend plans accordingly
- Analyze the expenditure, variances, product costing and initiate saving measures
- Collect, consolidate and report financial data based on USGAAP
- Prepare P&L and balance sheets while maintaining ledgers and accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with regard to audits, taxation and internal controls
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management in finance matters like financial plans, acquisition activity and long range forecasts
- Manage cash flows
- Build, Coach and mentor the existing finance team
- Be updated with all the new developments around regulations and compliances in the market
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 10+ years post qualification experience. The individual has hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, preparation of balance sheet and P&L.
- You must have prior experience of working with USGAAP. You come from a manufacturing background. An individual with his latest experience in a MNC setup would be preferred.
- You are ready to build the finance team by coaching and mentoring the existing team members.
- You should be a well presented and well spoken individual.
