Senior Manager - Finance - CA - BPO

- Develop accounting policies and procedures for coordination of all outsourced activities with the functional Head.

- Ensure the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed to for each of the accounting activities are adhered to.

- Coordinate with functional head to enhance efficiency of existing accounting processes and include additional activities in the purview.

- Monitor deviations from SLA to address concerns and take appropriate actions.

- Ensure appropriate technology up gradations to enable outsourcing efficiency.

- Provide timely reports to Finance Head.

- Guide and mentor the team to ensure service delivery.

- Keep abreast with the developments in the field and develop general awareness of the industry and organization practices.

Candidate's Profile:-

- Candidate should have experience in core accounting and tally with 60% accounting and 40% process development and co-ordination with other countries. Prior experience in accounting BPO will be relevant.

- FMCG or Manufacturing is preferred or BPO engaged in accounting / financial reporting.

- Should be a CA - (12 - 15 years of post-qualification)
