Job Title : Senior Manager - Finance

Reports to : Director - Finance & Operations

Job Description :

- Financial accounting must

- Accounting for statutory and management reporting purposes

- Formulation of Budgets

- Managing statutory and internal audits

- Ensuring direct tax i.e. income tax compliance

- Ensuring indirect tax i.e. VAT, CST, Service Tax compliance

- Transfer Pricing related compliance

- Regulatory compliance related to Foreign Exchange Management Act and Reserve Bank of India

- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, coach, develop, motivate, and manage the accounting personnel

- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards

- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant

- Work experience of at least 7-10 years in a multi-national firm is desired

- Working knowledge on ERP required (SAP/Oracle)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good leadership skills
