Job Description: As Senior Manager - Finance, you will be reporting into the CFO. Your responsibilities will involve the end-to-end processes of getting the company listed. These include:
- Raising public equity market awareness
- Preparation of comprehensive annual reports and corporate presentations
- Coordination with lawyers, bankers, auditors and key stakeholders
- Preparation of financial models, refining strategy and outline of the AOP
- Handling the end-to-end process relating to the IPO issue
- Benchmarking operational and financial performance
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a chartered accountant or an MBA - Finance with 3-7 years of post qualification work experience.
- You have previous work experience with handling an IPO process.
- You have a flair for numerical and quantitative analysis and possess excellent verbal and written communication.
