MIS consolidation and preparation of P&L across businesses PAN India.
- In-charge of expense management
- Liaise with statutory auditor
- Preparation of financial statements of Subsidiary company.
- Managing the team involved in consolidation and preparation of business wise MIS data.
- Presentation of business wise Profit and Loss accounts along with analysis and explanation of variances (actuals vs budgets and previous year).
- Co- coordinating month- end expense accrual data from branch accountants.
- Co- coordinating the month- end revenue accrual data from the commercial managers.
- P&L and Balance Sheet General Ledger scrutiny.
- Handling quarterly limited reviews and year end audits conducted by PwC.
- Preparation of financial statements of subsidiary companies for statutory reporting
- In MS word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Should be well versed with SAP or like ERP software
- Knowledge of statutory auditory and audits.
- Knowledge of recent development in company's act.
- Strong analytical skills.
- knowledge of Ind AS in its current form
