Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Automotive (7-15 yrs)
Looking for Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts for a German Automotive brand in India. This is a Bangalore based role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a) Stakeholder & Team management
b) Expert in Financial Process, controls & Reporting
c) Operational and technical expertise in Taxation, audits and accounts
d) Expert knowledge on statutory regulation- eg: Companies Act, Income tax, Accounting Standards
Monthly & Yearly Closing :
- Timely co-ordination with various teams on finalising the closing activities & Calendar
- Drive & monitor monthly financial closing.
Statutory Audits:
- Statutory Changes & its impact analysis on company's Financials
- Lead and support the statutory changes into various financial process and systems
Order Management, invoicing and Accounts Receivables:
- Establishing and streamlining the process of Service agreement and PO's
- Ensuring timely service delivery confirmation by technical departments
- Support tax audit, tax assessment & other statutory reporting requirements
- Drive projects relating to process streamline & system automation
Education B.Com and Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary/ ICWA
