Sr Manager - Exports - Electrical/Luminaries/LED/Switchgear (10 -15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for business development in Middle East, West Africa and Asia

- Identify the key focus areas for the markets, evaluate potentials, develop & drive export sales activities in international markets (mainly Middle East & neighboring countries).

- Implement sales & distribution plans to meet customer requirement.

- Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation, export processes etc.

- Understand & analyse the external and internal business environment, seasonal buying trends, market penetration, monitor current global market, prepare a business plan, forecast the key deliverable, identify & develop new sales opportunities for the export of domestic & commercial products

- Responsible for revenue generation and margin management

- Understanding overseas customers need and desire, and transforming them into effective global market strategies

- Understand and implement processes that achieves business goals in adherence to the specific country legislation

- Liaison with marketing, supply chain for products, branding and stock

- Develop strong relationships agents, suppliers and distributors

Requirement:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree / B.E /B. Tech

- Masters Degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing

- Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales within (Electrical, Lighting, Wires, Switchgear and Automation Products) with Middle East and African Market experience

- Experience (preferably having exposure to export with any FMCG, Consumer Durable, Switchgear and Luminaries Companies)

- Knowledge of international markets, export procedures, government regulations of different countries etc

- Agent and distributor management

- Team Management is Must.
