Senior Manager – Expatriate Tax - Ahmedabad / Pune / Hyderabad

Job description:

- Leading and developing a team of 5 / 6 chartered accountants

- Direct reporting to Director

- Assisting the clients in dealing with their global mobility issues (inbound and outbound) from tax, social security, immigration and social security standpoint

- Finalizing advisory reports with minimum intervention from Director / Partner

- Assisting the clients in formulating their compensation structure to ensure tax efficiencies for their employees

- Representing clients in individual assessment related matters

- Drafting position / white paper on taxation / social security related topics

- Day to day interactions with Client's senior personnel (usually at CXO's level)

- Finalizing proposals / bid in respect of local engagement

- Key involvement in business development efforts (not just division specific but firm specific)

- Keynotes speaker in various forums (both internal and external)

- Overall responsibility for managing the KPIs

Desired Skills and Experience:

- CA / MBA passout in year 2006 or below

- 8-10 years of experience which include at least 3 years Expatriate Taxation

- Excellent Communication Skills

- General business awareness

- Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Client handling.
