I am hiring for a Senior Manager role for a client which has operations in Malaysia and is HQ in Singapore. The role is for Malaysia They are looking for someone who has relevant experience in the below field and is ready to move to Malaysia. Only candidates with relevant experience need apply.
JOB TITLE : SR MANGER (Engineering Services)
LOCATION : MALAYSIA.
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
PREFERRED AGE : Minimum 38 Years
EXPERIENCE :More than 15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, heavy chemicals, Fertilizers, Oleo Chemicals.
KEY SKILLS :
Managing and guiding the Maintenance staff for up keeping of all kinds of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Equipments.
Should know economic aspect of Maintenance Management.
Well acquainted with international engineering codes/standards.
Good team member and has to have ability to lead.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Auto-cad will be an advantage
JOB PURPOSE : Oversee function of Maintenance Department including Electrical & Instrumentation and manage internal Projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Build well operated maintenance team comprises of Manager, Executives and qualified Engineers.
Review & evaluate maintenance operations for plants.
Improvise Maintenance operations to save repair cost and reduce work time.
Provide support and create balance in the time and execution scope
