Senior Manager - Employee Engagement - NBFC (5-7 yrs)
We have been retained by a Leading NBFC to hire Senior Manager-Employee Engagement. The position would be reporting to Head-Talent Management.
Role Purpose :Establishment of HR processes & systems primarily related to Employee Life Cycle Management (in particular Talent Management) across businesses of the organisation.
Strategize the engagement plan for the organization in sync with the HR and Organization vision.
Drive the engagement initiatives with intent of touching each and every employee of the organization.
Roll out the employee engagement initiatives in the regions in coordination with the Regional Heads.
Responsible for roll out of the engagement initiatives in the corporate office.
Reviewing and Benchmarking the engagement and fun at work initiatives at regular intervals.
Owner of the HR communication channels for the organization
Handling employee engagement survey for the organization and rolling out the action plan
Working as creative partner for the other HR verticals.
Active participation in the roll out of Performance Management System
Policy benchmarking.
Support in HR operations for Corporate Office : employee background check, exit interview, query handling, attrition analysis.
Candidate Profile : MBA-Reputed B-School with min 5+ Years Experience post MBA into Employee Engagement/Talent Management.
