Senior Manager - eCommerce/Online Sales - Education

Job Description

- Take complete responsibility to achieve online sales target.

- Plan Marketing / promotional activities online.

- Coordinate with warehouse team & operation team.

- Prepare & submit MIS reports on time.

- Ensure timely delivery of all orders.

- Ensure receipt of payment in bank account from marketplaces.

- Take complete responsibility of P&L eCommerce vertical.

- Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in Revenue and ROI in marketing costs.

- Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities.

- Manage Marketing Executives and outside agencies.

Profile :

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce project management and online marketing.

- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)

- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Results driven - focus on revenue and traffic growth

Main Objective :

- Proactively sell to our target online accounts and work as customer care for our new accounts to ensure that customers get the best service and have a smooth product delivery to cash cycle experience.

- A robust online platform with an easily navigable user interface with no downtime.

- Understanding the need of various customers and proactively addressing their needs by selling the right product to the right customer based on consumption trend analysis and historical data.

- Being available to the external stakeholders when it comes to troubleshooting with issues related to the online platform. This could mean offering assistance on phone around navigability/accessibility issues as well as issues around placing orders.

Outcomes :

- Achieve Annual Operations Plan for online selling target accounts.

- Increase in market share of the products which are being offered through the online platform.

- Increase in the level of adoption of the online platform at the end user level.

- You can work from your base location.
