- Building Customer Experience
- Deliver the best experience to customer across Seller & Consumer Finance
- Lead efforts to build unique eCommerce finance to buyers & sellers fulfillment experience across multiple online market place based upon business strategy and priorities for the organization.
- Develop customer satisfaction understanding and integrate findings into customer experience improvement projects & replicate the same across multiple e-tailers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing self-service tools and ensuring lesser customer issues Project Management
- Lead & Build a Nimbleness to Change Management project delivery eco-system within the organization to keep in pace with E-tailers technology requirements & ensure timely Go to Market launch
- Lead all program communications ensuring all stakeholders, including executive management, are advised of program status & all the relevant sign-offs from various departments are in place.
- Deliver the project as per the agreed timelines & ensuring that both internal & external customers are in sync with the deliverables
- Deliver the best experience to customer across Seller & Consumer Finance Product Management
- Developing & build compelling product proposition for Seller & Consumer Finance for Etailers
- Design & get interdepartmental sign offs for eCommerce product policy & process
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team, capability & experience team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee.
- Responsible for the quality of business acquired/portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
- Will involve handling multiple requests and priorities from business units. Should be able to balance the requirements and the delivery timelines
- Drive passion to build winning teams.
Experience: Atleast 5 years relevant experience
