We are looking for a Senior Manager to fulfill the role of Domain Expert - Sales & Pricing.
- This person will be hosted out of the retail business unit and is expected to design, deploy and own the processes, framework and strategy for the Sales & Pricing process.
- This person will be conversant with industry best practices in Sales & Pricing management in the Retail and e-commerce space.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Domain Expert you will be expected to drive process change in this area within the organization and be at the heart of a retail change management initiative.
In this role you will:
- Serve as process domain and subject matter expert
- Map, evolve and mature processes and lay the roadmap for a scalable future
- Chart-out flows which include Physical, Information and Order flows
- Establish Frameworks for delivery and execution
- Implement industry best practices and drive compliance across the organisation
- Support related deployments and roll-outs
- Provide tactical level support and handholding to the various teams as required
- Frame documentation and training guides for all processes
As a Domain Expert in the Sales & Pricing stream you will be expected to lend your domain expertise in the following areas:
- Sales - sales trends and patterns
- Sales forecast Vs Analysed historical data
- Pricing policy/procedures (Ex: MRP)
- Promotions and events
- New Customer Acquisition
- Website Pricing and Conversion
- Marketing / Merchandising
- Offers / Promotions /Campaigns
- Demand Planning elements & control
- Interface and be focal point to Product
