We Margdarshak consultants have an urgent opening with one of the leading Telecom company as a Senior Manager-Distribution based in Delhi/Lucknow  Job Description :   - Formulate and implement the circle distribution strategy  - Attain market leadership through growth in terms of gross numbers, revenues, market share and profit, while complying with agreed budget, quality of additions and corporate policy guidelines  - Achieve Gross and Net Acquisition target in the circle for the distribution channel  - Initiate distribution expansion to improve reach, coverage and expand geographical footprint  - Provide feedback on competitive moves to protect base and increase share of subscribers and revenue  Key Result Areas :   - Distribution - Channel Planning, Distributor management, Retailer appointment, Market visibility of product, new town launches and enhancing BTS capacity utilization.  - Achieving activation and revenue targets.  - Planning and executing Retailer and Distributor incentives.  - Resolving channel specific issues in zone within specific timelines  - Ensure employee satisfaction thereby reducing attrition  - Relationship management with key channel partners  Education : MBA from a top B school (Desired)  Experience : 8-14 years  Should be from a FMCG or Telecom Industry
