Job Responsibilities :
Setting a distribution operations division for all channels :
- Set-up a division that will plan, direct and coordinate all initiatives for distribution channels - Agency, Bancassurance & Broker partners, Direct Sales and Tele Sales
Business planning :
- Take lead in business planning and liaise with key stakeholders - Channel Heads, Finance, HR, Strategy Office
Management information and Reporting :
- Ownership of MIS automation through the Business Intelligence system
- Deliver meaningful reports to stakeholders, while optimizing the total number of reports and specific to channel requirements
- Publish Dashboards with analysis and insights
- Share reports related to key P&L items
- Regular interventions with sales leadership for review and ideation
- Setting a performance governance rhythm with relevant stakeholders
Incentive and R&R :
- Design incentive and R&R for all distribution channels : Design - Approval - Launch - Manage
- Calculation and circulation of results with target audience
Transaction level ownership :
- Partner support on queries
- Monitoring issuance of business
- Discrepancy management.
Internal : Distribution Channels, Transformation Office
External : Agents, Distribution partners, Event Management Partners
Education : Post Graduate/MBA
Experience : 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the BFSI space
Training : Relevant certifications in the field of management information, business operations
