Job Responsibilities :
- Building an intuitive interface for web and app and making it universally accessible.
- Entrusted with creating, ahead of the curve, customer centric experience for both prospects and subscribers.
- Understands the digital user journey
- Proficient in web and app analytics, and hence can decide the right targeting, positioning & packaging of what to offer to customer.
- Bridge the technical and business worlds to deliver creative solutions.
- Work with Commercial, Sales, Customer Ops and Content to translate business requirements of acquisition, ARPU and retention into marketing plans and execute on them via features and functionalities.
- Lead agency engagement on production, design, analytics, SEO and creatives.
- Work with technology team to innovate and execute campaigns.
- Drive adoption of technology and spot trends. Drive innovations and demonstrate domain expertise.
- Track competition and industry practice on digital.
- Work intensively with Analytics team to build actionable insights.
- Drive powerful database marketing and contextual intelligence.
- Email marketing
- Measure and report performance of website and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools.
