Necessary Exposure -  Should have 10+ yrs exp in TA, Leadership Hiring & Setting up & Implementation of TA Best Practices like Assessment Centers, Psychometric Tests, CBI / BBI - Techniques, Employer Branding, Strategic Workforce Planning, etc.  Should have exposure to hiring of Senior Management Professionals.  Should have managed a team of TA Managers, for last 3-4 years.  Key Responsibilities :   Strategic :   - Development and implementation of annual recruitment strategy   - Recruitment budget development and ensuring compliance  - Benchmarking and implementation of Talent Acquisition best practices  Operational :   - Development and implementation of scientific processes to improve the quality of hire  - Recruitment for DGM & above level roles (Leadership Hiring) in person; and driving the recruitment of other management levels through the recruitment teams which report to the HR-BP   - Recruitment process development and optimization through the use of cost efficient and reliable assessment tools  - Management of central and regional recruitment vendors in terms of cost and performance  - Campus recruitment strategy development and deployment  - Providing guidance to the regional recruitment teams and provide final sign off on their selections  - Developing manpower planning models in collaboration with the various function heads and implementation of the same.   Developmental :   - Carry out performance appraisals, assess capability, and training needs of individuals in the function.  - Career planning for employees through guiding, coaching, mentoring and motivating them towards superior team performance & for achieving department and units objectives.   - Develop team's capabilities and keep updated with the latest trends
