There is an urgent requirement with one of the Leading Infrastructure Company for the role of Sr Manager/DGM HR.  Requirement:  - Minimum: Graduate in any discipline and PGDM/MBA-HR / Personnel Management   - Minimum 8 years of experience in managing the Human Resource   - Ability to collect, record relevant information quickly and report in writing  - Good command over Marathi, English and Hindi languages (written and spoken )  - Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)  Job Profile :  - Participates and defines organization's and department's plans  - Represents Department in the Strategy formulation and in business road map.  - Monitors formulation of company human resource policies and procedures; issues related manuals, interprets policies   - Coordinates with Unit function Heads in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures.  - Participates in Finalizing and updation of Manpower Budgets - Manpower Plan Project wise and for Head Office. Monitors preparation and control overall human resources budget.  - Propose Modifications in Organization Structure and Jobs to align with Business needs.   - To Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR services to the business  - Monitoring Training & Development, Welfare and Employee Engagement programs  - Ensures the drive for Productivity improvement, Talent and Quality Improvement initiatives   - Develops, Supervises and Executes compensation and benefit programs and procedures, including wage administration. To drive robust C&B plans to be the best in the market.  - Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of human resource programs; directs employment activities, ensures that properly qualified employees are recruited and retained.  - May conduct research on human resources programs and activities; advises management on human resource policies and practices, recommend changes.  - Monitors records maintenance and compilation of statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absentee details.  - To Harmonize with Unit Heads for Business House plans for proactive Awards and Rewards programs.  - Develop, Recommend & ensure effective implementation of Security systems, Safety and process at unit level and then to the organizational level.  - Monitors and provides guidance in General Administration and Day to Day affairs   - Monitoring Entire Administration for Head Office, Zones and Field operations etc.  - To Harmonize and coordinate with Unit Heads to remain progress update on day to day basis  - To ensure continuous communication of Group and Business Philosophy and Values.   - Corporate Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility program, Local media Management Coordinates and liaises with external Consultant's employees / labor etc.   - To interact with external consultants, Government agencies, delegates, Social / political leaders and contractors  - Dealing and Resolving Local / external issues with local community leaders & representatives and Public relationship, local government through effective dialogue.  - Contract Management activities and resolving issues arising out of it.  - Leverage schemes and programs available with Government bodies and implement the same within the organization.
