DESIGNATION: Senior Manager/ DGM Architecture

EXPERIENCE: 10-12 Years

ORGANIZATION: Leading Real Estate Firm

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Arch & Post Graduation in Construction Management or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: 10-12 years experience in construction / interiors of modern multi storey IT / commercial / corporate office buildings having high end finishes, interiors, central AC, sound proofing and glass Facade.

REPORTING TO: Chief Technical Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Efficiently and effectively control the flow of drawings release to the authorities and for execution

Key Performance Indicators

1. Approvals on buildings

2. Gross Saleable/Leasable area

3. Revenue Generation by maximising GLA

4. Delivery of drawings in quality

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the Architect / consultants and ensure no over runs in the project.

- Project execution as per Architect's diagrams; ensure high quality standards in execution.

- Coordinate activities for interiors, low side services, Furniture, IT & networking, BMS, AV etc from design to execution and handing over.

- Coordinate the submission and completion drawing with the architect and interfacing the authorities for requisite information.

- Coordinate completion certificates & statutory approvals, handing over of the project and its DLP.

- Provide Assistance in selection of Project Architects, consultants, finalization of concept and design of the project. Ensure our plans conform to laid down norms and monitor architectural development and finishes of projects.

- Maximisation of building efficiency and saleable area.
