Technical: Should have 15+ years of Conceptual & Analytical Skills, Proficient at Excel/Number crunching, SAP compliant  Managerial: Should have exceptional Team Management skills along with Co-ordination with all the other Departments & all external agencies. Should be from 1000 Cr Company  Key Responsibilities:  1. Management of entire Record to report activities, including accounts payable management, cash and bank operations, asset accounting, general ledger scrutiny, finalization of accounts and notes to accounts.  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for smooth functioning of the accounts.  3. Establish robust financial reporting mechanism & ensure discipline wrt accuracy and timeliness in reporting, by periodic critical review, both on quality and statutory parameters.  4. Ensure all transactions meet the cost, quality & time-related performance standards as per the organization's policy.  5. Draw up periodic financials for the company for review by the top management/board and act upon the instructions therein.  6. Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of subsidiary accounts into the holding company books with complete analysis and ensure timely closure of its audit.  7. Ensure compliance of all regulatory aspects including timely payment of taxes, filing of returns, tax audits and assessments.  8. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders and facilitate the growth of business.  9. Supervise the entire accounting activities and be a first point of contact for all interactions, queries and their resolutions.  10. Oversee the record keeping activities and act as a custodian of accounting & statutory records.  11. Monitor the performance of the function and drive efficiencies.   12. Handle all Transactional accounting, Finalization of Accounts, Management Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Financial Planning & Control, Audit compliance, Budgetary, Risk Management, Variance Analysis, Taxation and Managing a team of professionals  13. Must be up to date with all relevant regulations and Accounting Standards  Qualitative:   - Handling complete Accounts, Finance, Treasury & Taxation function preferably   - Knowledge of handling the Finalisation of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Direct & Indirect Taxations, MIS, Statutory Compliance.
