Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Education

Below are the KRA's for the subject position:

Drafting/vetting the routine business/commercial contracts;

Assisting in litigation strategy;

Controlling the issuance/execution of agreements and maintaining the escrow for all agreements;

Identification of the compliance requirements under the various applicable laws (corporate and employment laws) and providing compliance status summary for all offices. Please note that this would be done in a phased manner and we would be reviewing various acts on an on-going basis;

Providing regular updates to the Company w.r.t amendments, clarifications etc. under the Companies Act, 2013

Franking/stamping the agreements;

Obtaining registrations, licenses, liaising etc. with the statutory bodies;

Event based transactions, for example equity infusion, merger, acquisition etc.; Opinions
