About our Client - Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in the world with an impressive portfolio of products. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and are global recognized for their innovative products. They have established a significant presence in the India market, and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth path. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager-Demand Planning, based out of their Corporate HQ in Delhi.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head Of Demand Planning, you will be responsible for :

- Developing and implementing the demand planning process for the company across different business lines.

- Work with the Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning team to resolve any demand related queries.

- Develop the Consensus Forecast for the company after co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders.

- Using advanced statistical/analytical tools to develop a more accurate forecast.

- Reviewing business performance viz a viz the forecast and making recommendations to the business.

- Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain by suggesting improvements.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a post graduate in Operations Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering with around 10 years of experience in total.

- Around 5-7 years or experience in forecasting roles is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with experience in the FMCG, CD, Pharma, F&B Retail industry.

- You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
