The Ideal candidate should :
- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for the overall account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require ability to engage with customers at C level.
- Delivery Leadership, enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations, drive Productivity, utilization.
- Should have handled Delivery of close to 100 people in Advanced analytics for US e-Commerce, Retail, CPG customers with gross margin targets
- Strong knowledge of AA Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.
- As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort.
