Senior Manager - Debt Capital Markets

Job Description:

- Fund Raising and Liaison with special focus to initiate relationship with Insurance Companies / PF Trust / Gratuity Trust / Corporate etc.

- Mid Office including documentation work to complete the borrowings and monitoring all covenants and scheduled cash flows

- Fixed Income Research

- Reasonably good understanding of Balance sheet, P&L and Cash

- Understanding of Micro and Macroeconomic conditions
