Job description  Job Title: Sr. Manager - Cyber Security  Duties & Responsibilities:  Primary purpose of the role:   - Lead engagement with IT in Infrastructure security technology solution implementation, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment on IT infrastructure.  - Play subject matter specialist role in presenting risk and mitigation controls to IT based on the assessments (Identify potential vulnerabilities based on misconfiguration, policy, or design flaws on IT infrastructure.)   - Project management and quality management of all our engagements   Major responsibilities & deliverables:   - Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge for solution delivered. Proven ability to understand pain points and apply structured approach to leverage advisory and technology skills independently.   - Provide high quality service, working with IT, evaluate the current IT Infrastructure, design and implement solutions to identify, and respond to security risks and improve overall cyber risk management capabilities across enterprise.   - Manage service delivery planning, reporting and staffing, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management.  - Perform role of counselor and coach, and provide input and guidance to staff development initiatives Nurture new team members to the team.   Skills/Experience required:   - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cyber security domain   - Solid understanding of Network and Infrastructure security tools   - Vulnerability Management tools: Nessus, NMAP, Qualys Guard, Metasploit, Core Impact.   - Experience in Enterprise Security architecture solutions is added advantage.  - Experience in information security and application security controls.   - Should have played a lead role in client engagements (global exposure) and should be delivery focused with team management ability.   - Experience in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing   - Familiar with industry leading standards such as NIST, CIS benchmarks and OWASP   - Familiarity with browser, web service, cloud security, mobile apps security and operating system security concepts   - Understanding of leading vulnerability scoring standards such as CVSS and ability to translate vulnerability severity as security risk   - Ability to suggest/recommend remediation to stakeholders including executives, risk and security team members and development team.   - Effective written and communication skills   Qualification:  - Graduation, Certification in security domain ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Qualysguard are preferred
