Senior Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management - Telecom (6-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Experienced in selling software solution to Middle East - Mobile Operators.
Key Role & Responsibility:
- Planning & Execution of U&R Programs
- Ensuring maximum revenue for circle
- Reduce churn and ensuring substantial growth in ARPU & MoU.
- Responsible for CLM process and campaign management.
- Understanding the current requirement and suggest campaigns performing well in other circles.
- Enhancing the revenue.
- STV & TOPUP Penetration
- Balance build-up of Zero MoU/ Recharge base
- Managing Promotional Activities (SMS, OBD & Telecalling)
- Managing portfolio of products to meet customized needof consumer and trade.
- Overall customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of prior experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in Analytics is must
- Must have experience in selling CRM Software to Telecom.
- Good knowledge on selling software solution to Middle East - Mobile Operators.
- Working in GCC countries (preferably already based in UAE)
- Arabic speaking in an added advantage
- Should have driving license of UAE/Dubai.
