Handling a team of Managers & Assistant Managers with strong communication skills.
- Should be self motivated and aggressive.
- Handling corporate clients over Delhi and NCR.
- Develop strong inter-personal relationships with the Clients to bond them together with the Company and integrate them with the vision and core values.
- Providing Support to the Sales Team/(Corporate Leasing) by activities for lead generation and closures.
- Mapping client's requirement and providing them advisory services pertaining to selection of right property closure.
- Implementing innovative ideas for lead generation and closures.
- Handling Corporate's /Business Associates queries and complaints.
- Managing the sales/leasing and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales growth.
- Driving /achieving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies
