Looking for a Senior Manager - Corporate HR Strategy for a VC funded firm in the Solar Energy space

- Must have - Full time MBA HR

- Experience between 6-10 Years post MBA

- Exposure to a full fledged C&B , Rewards & Benefits role

- Must have worked in the areas Performance management, design & delivery of HR programs at a corporate level with organizations in the FMCG, Consumer Durables/ Pharma space

- The Senior Manager - HR, will work closely with HR Leader & Zonal Teams across multiple Locations to create HR programs across the multiple locations.

- This role will primarily be responsible for Designing HR systems & process, Performance Management systems, Compensation & Benefit strategy, onboarding programs, Career progressions models, driving assessment & development programs, employee engagement programs.

- The Position will report to the VP, Human Resources based in Mumbai, India.

Key responsibilities for Senior Manager - HR:

- Designing the compensation & benefit strategy, programs at Global level.

- Overseeing and managing annual compensation and promotion cycles, professional development initiatives,

- Creating and/or driving performance management and improvement programs

- Accountability for building & driving employee engagement programs

- Designing HR Policies

- Driving Employee Engagement, productivity improvement programs

- Developing & driving rewards and recognition frameworks

- Developing and/or driving attrition control & retention programs

- Design & drive Career Progression & planning programs

- HR Analytics

- Employee assessment deploying psychometric tools, Assessment/Development centers

- Delivering excellent information through weekly and/or monthly HR Dashboards/reports

The ideal candidate is:

- Excited about joining a fast growing, entrepreneurial and innovative environment

- 6+ years of Corporate HR experience, ideally with formal education in Human Resources and / or Psychology. Candidates from FMCG, consumer durables, telecom, rural-focused or sales force-heavy organizations are strongly encouraged to apply

- Comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment

- Strong with project management, risk management and group facilitation

- Extremely strong on Process/Program design & analytical ability

- A solutions-oriented self-starter; comfortable taking on substantial work with limited oversight
