We are looking for the candidates into corporate HR profile doing policy formulation, policy implementation, PMS etc

- Completing Onboarding, PF, Gratuity, Legal compliant, Background Verification, Insider Trading forms of new joiners, Campus hire, TAS hires, Global Campus hires, Consultants- Statutory and compliance services, maintaining employee database and complying with regulatory compliances

- Ensuring PF and Gratuity guidelines and laws set by the government are effectively followed, Global background checks

Generating statutory reports : filing PF forms, assisting during audits and coordinating with auditors for meeting their requirements on prompt basis

- Managing Induction, ID Cards creation, Signing authority for Bank Accounts opening, Seat allocation, Laptop & Phone configuration, Employee ID and Email id creation, assigning a buddy to new joiner

- Ensuring that new staff is welcomed and feels comfortable, administrative set up is completed, liaising with respective teams to set up door and system accesses for employees globally

- Scrutinizing Onboarding documents and aligning them as per company procedures, meeting audit requirements, assist with creation and maintenance of process documents and manuals
