Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Retail (7-12 yrs)

Designation: Sr Manager - Corporate Finance ( Controller role)
Location : Manyata Tech Park
- Prepares monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports to senior management including variance analysis and explanation of results.
- Strategic alignment of legal entities with enterprise controllership model to ensure policy and process compliance.
- Effective audit co-ordination with functional and business stakeholders for timely completion of audit.
- Responsible for all multi-year forecasts, including drivers and assumptions
- Oversees the legal and tax compliance functions for the Captive and regional entities
- Oversees Finance function to support the attainment of revenue and profit goals and translates strategic plans into tactical business plans to ensure achievement of current and long-range plans and objectives
- Documents and maintains audit processes and assigns resources to assist with audit requests as needed. Oversees financial statement audits.
- Partners with systems and projects teams directly and through department staff to automate, maintain and improve processes and reporting deliverables
- Helps define and establish policies and programs for the management of all Finance related assets of the organization. Ensures that policies are aligned with overall business and strategic requirements of the organization.
- Exerts a sphere of influence across a broad-based network, including interacting and teaming with leaders, stakeholders and sponsors on a regular basis as well as with external clients.
- Manages their expectations, negotiates with and influences them to overcome any issues that arise.
