About our Client - Our client is a leading US MNC in the pharmaceutical sector, with a turnover of 5 Billion USD. They are growing tremendously to have around 700 drugs under their umbrella. Presently, they are looking for a senior professional in their corporate finance team to support the same.
Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Looking after the entire treasury, payroll and payable related activities of the company
- Ensuring that the company and its policies are SOX compliant, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
- Ensuring Direct & Indirect Tax compliance
- Being an essential part of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis activities
- Financial accounting and management reporting
The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should be a CA/ICWA with more than 15 years of work-experience. You should have experience in the Pharmaceutical / Chemical industry; and should have also handled plant operations in the fast. You should be presently looking after the Corporate finance activities of your organization.
