Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Hospitality

- Analyze and monitor current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, variable costs, fixed costs and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Analyze the route performance on a monthly basis by monitoring the major expense heads and operating parameters

- Benchmark the company's performance against competitors to provide valuable strategic inputs

- Analyze MIS, cash flows and budgets to assist senior management in evaluating business performance

- Primary responsibility to monitor the company results in line with the budget of each department and division

- Assist in preparing medium-term and long-term business projections

- Assist in managing the company's business model

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and valuations under various scenarios and sensitivities

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives

- Assist in handling special projects from CEO's office (policy analysis, strategy optimization, etc.)

- Primary responsibility for compiling presentation decks for weekly and monthly reviews

- Assisting the head of treasury in all treasury related activities :

- Placement of surplus funds into FD / mutual funds

- Coordination with bank representatives for setting of funding limits

- Managing the insurance portfolio
