Ensure reduction of incidence of tax by appropriate tax planning techniques  Compliances, Audit & Secretarial (ROC)   - Sales tax (Monthly Return, Assessment and Annual audit).   - Service tax (Monthly Return, Assessment and Annual audit)   - Central Excise (Return, assessment and all cases) and attending authorities   - Income Tax (TDS Return,Advance Tax, Assessment and Annual Return)   - ROC Compliances.(return, charges, and other filings)   - Attending auditors and solving their queries.   - Statutory Compliances Such as ESIC, PF, PT & Labour welfare etc.   - Attending statutory authorities like PF,ESIC,PT and welfare.   Process Mgmt   Process created both for Finance Team & Operation Team there is an improvement too as compared to last year.
